In accordance with the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG), we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

If this changes due to future legal obligations or policy updates, we will update this page and our Impressum accordingly.
